Submission Form must be marked EXPRESS. The turnaround guarantee
assures you that AMA will have your items examined and completed with
the results available 48 hours following the day we receiving your
order. The number of days it takes for any delivery agency to return
items to the submitter is not included in the number of days
allotted to AMA turnaround guarantees.

What is a Manuscript?
A manuscript is any document that is written by
hand, as opposed to being printed or reproduced in some
other way. The term may also be used for information that is
hand-recorded in other ways than writing, for example
inscriptions that are chiseled upon a hard material or
scratched (the original meaning of graffiti) as with a knife
point in plaster or with a stylus on a waxed tablet, (the
way Romans made notes), or are in cuneiform writing,
impressed with a pointed stylus in a flat tablet of unbaked
clay. The word manuscript is derived from the Latin manu
scriptus, literally "written by hand."

Autograph grading, the process of determining the grade or
condition of a autograph, the key factor in its value.
Turnaround time is approximately 15
business days once we receive your submission at our office not
counting the traveling to and from. Turnaround is also dependent
upon demand.
It is our firm policy for customers not to contact our office for
results. We typically process and ship orders within two weeks of
package receipt. Please await your return shipment which will
include our written results regardless of outcome - ABSOLUTELY no
authentication result information will be given over the phone, fax
or by e-mail.
Replacements for missing or lost
Certificates or Letters of opinion "Authenticity" are available at $15 each.
To request a new Certificate or Letter of Authenticity, please
