The Academy of Manuscript and Autograph, LLC is looking for Consultant Appraisers to cover all aspects of collectibles for our What's it Worth! Antiques and Collectibles appraisal department.
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years experience in
professional appraisal preferred in category of choice. Applicant
must be detail oriented, team player who is capable and willing to
work independently. Must possess proper English writing skills and
vocabulary for descriptive category. Must be computer proficient.
Ability to provide rapid turn-around time for on-line appraisals. In
depth knowledge of current market value of items. This requires
regular contact with trade shows, on-line auctions, conventional
auctions, contact with collectors/dealers etc.
